  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refunds or exchanges.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate items may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

  • If you would prefer an exchange, you can swap your item for a different size or color within the 30-day return window.

  • Exchanges can be made in-store or by mail, depending on your preference.
